The Joy of Healing

When we come home to ourselves, we can feel at ease, safe, connected, and supported. These are the feelings of well-being, and they manifest for humans as the emotion of joy. Learn how to be at home in your life and in this world by cultivating joy every day.

My journey as a leader, parent, educator, coach, and researcher has lead me to a space of learning the emotions of wellbeing. The world we experience is often times brittle, anxious, non-linear, and incomprehensible (BANI, Jamais Cascio – you can hear Cascio share his framing in his own words).

How can we hope to be well with such chaotic experiences all around us and manifesting within as well? We can embrace the emotions of joy, love, satisfaction, trust, and acceptance. We can grow our capacities to be empathetic, optimistic, flexible, curious, caring, and courageous.

I invite you to share this journey with me. Join a semester-long coaching cohort, explore private coaching, or attend a Joy of Healing Practice Session.
